Being from New York, I had never heard of Earthquake Cake much less tasted the fantastic-ness that is this cake until yesterday at TOOT. Ohhhhhh it's so good! I just Google'd some recipes and didn't realize that it had coconut in it. No wonder it's so good! The Rudy's Corner Grill folks told us that German Chocolate cake was the anchor.
